Zebpay — helpline number[protected] never works

I made a deposit to my zebpay account. The transaction was successful, but i received email from zebpay customer service that the order was cancelled. I tried calling their helpline number[protected] to enquire but the ivr options never work. As in - when we call, the ivr asks to press 1 or 2 but nothing happens even when you enter the numbers. This happened several times.

Zebpay includes this number in all their email communications. So it is their responsibility to ensure that this number works. If anyone else had faced the same problem, please share your experience below.
