My zebpay wallet is blocked from last 3 days. I have requested thrice for resetting my pin. I have also received a message from zebpay that i will receive a link on my mobile number to reset my pin. But haven't received any message or link from zebpay. I have also sent mails and tickets to zebpay regarding above issue and tried to call them at least 10 times but they are not responding from anywhere.

It would be very helpful if any of you guys can help me unblock my account.

At first the mail said that payment received and another mail says payment has been auto cancelled, it will take 5-7 working days to transfer the amount.
The matter is pending with zebpay not giving me a positive response and a proper reply.

I invested 101k in zebpay bitcoin by seeing my friends are doing. But very next day i have withdrawn 50k since i was not able to sleep by thinking about my hard earned money risk involved. As per their policy they should deposit the amount within 1 working day but it is more than 7 days and the amount is not credited into my account. Everytime they are saying "account dpt is looking into this issue." but no action. I am now feeling like i did a mistake by trusting them.

Made a horrible mistake of trusting an unknown fraud bitcoin exchange going by the name of Zebpay, their app is ###, I deposited the money in their account for which i got confirmation from both the bank and the payment gateway which Zebpay receives money through, namely Razorpay, but this money never reflected in Zebpay app i have installed in my phone, there is no option to even submit payment reference number, I had doubts on this company anyway so I at least deposited very little amount first just to be sure and boom, they are gone. I seriously want them to refund me back as I dont want any business with such scums anymore.

I have deposit zeb pay through payment gateway 20000 rupees and including their charges 386.84 rupees (Total 20386.84) on 2nd december 2017 time 10.55 pm. This amount already deducted from my south indian bank account no. [protected] same time.in my transaction time i got the sib statement shows "bwy/xfer/[protected]"and not credited to zebpay on the same date at 11.07pm. Next day morning i got a statement from sib transaction remarks show the amount debited to ibibo on 3rd december 2017, 7.43 am. Till now we are not credited to zebpay account that amount. On that same day 20 minutes later i have already done another transaction through payment gateway at 2548.36 rupees and it credited to zebpay with in seconds. My number is 91 [protected]

I deposited 25k rupees in zebpay account but they have not updated my wallet yet. It shows the transaction as failed although it has been deducted from my bank account. It tried to email them and raised a ticket too but didn't get any reply. Their customer support is non-existent. It has been around a week. I wrote a review about their on playstore also, tweeted about it too. Doesn't seem to bother them. Please help me.

I requested for the withdrawal of my zebpay wallet money into my bank account. They have promised that it will take upto 1 business day but its 6 complete days but no money is received in the bank account. Even i have called them about 10 times but no action is taken. Everyday they only say that we are processing your amount but they do nothing. They keep me waiting on the call and no action is taken yet. I am attaching the confirmation page of amount that was to be withdrawn and also my bank account statement in which no money is credited from zebpay. Kindly look at the issue and resolve it soon.

My rs deposit order d1360315 for ₹ 15, 000.00 created on 13/11/2017 is canceled. My imps transfer (Hdfc) was successfull though with the reference number[protected].
Attaching a screenshot of that. I have created an new request too for the same transaction. And the new request number is d1368560 which also got canceled.

I have raised two tickets to them but got no response. Their customer care number never connects, what should i do?

I invested in bitcoin through zebpay, its more than 16 days i have not received my funds. They claim to transfer funds in 1 working day, but i am still waiting to get my money back. They are cheating the investors by giving them false information. They ask to send bank statement for their finance team to check but never get any update from them. I called on their helpline several times and make complaints but they dont bother to reply back and resolve the issue.
Please look into the matter and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Else have to take some legal action.

Hello my zebpay account with [protected] faced a unique problem i transferred bitcoin to by zebpay address of which image i will upload. After 2 hours i also received text messages confirming same but didn’t not received any coins so next day i called support they asked me to update the app i deleted the app and reinstalled again by then my zebpay addrsss changed. Luckily i had taken snap shot of my previous zebpay adresss. After that i called support they said they don’t see any such address associated with me. I emailed them regarding the same the image of text message and the transaction id yet they are confused to give me proper answer. They say some one will call you wishing 48 hours of tickets which i already over while i am typing this will also applaud few proof claiming where i sent the bit coins. I also provided transaction id which they said the transaction is completed but yet it’s not in my account yet.

Hello everyone..
I brought some bitcoins yesterday (31st oct) while the bitcoin was at all time high..
I invested around 10000 and it turned to 11500 by november 1.. And all of a sudden the price started falling down after they informed that there is a technical error and will b back in few minutes...
Until now buying and selling differed by "10000" and after update it's all gone up to "30000" difference between buying and selling price...
Zebpay is cheating big time...
On zebpay buying price reached 5, 07, 000
And selling price was 4, 94, 000...
And now it is down to 4, 50, 000 and selling price is 4, 30, 000...
And the worst part is u need to pay while buying as well as selling..
On top of that they deduct some more money (Hidden charges)..
Avoid zebpay guys...

I have send 555 usdt to zebpay bitcoin wallet bymistkely. So i request the coustmer care to provide me the private key so that i can reverse the transtion but they refuse they said we cnt give the private key. So i request them that plz do it from ur end n reviser my transtion but they refuse they said we dnt have private key and the mail they said that we have the private key. I have contacted the omni wallet coustmer care as they support usdt they said that zebpay can help u to recover ur fund. One of the coustmer care said that we dnt have private key n in the mail they have said that we have private key

Zebpay services are extremely poor. Without any notification they block all the transactions. Then customer care services are the worst in the world. Toll free number never connects. Revert time is endless. I have lost 2 lakh rupees because of the poor services of zebpay. Still the transactions are blocked and i am losing thousands of rupees every minute.

I made a deposit to my zebpay account. The transaction was successful, but i received email from zebpay customer service that the order was cancelled. I tried calling their helpline number[protected] to enquire but the ivr options never work. As in - when we call, the ivr asks to press 1 or 2 but nothing happens even when you enter the numbers. This happened several times.

I would i like to draw your concern towards irresponsible or like to be fraud services of "zebpay india (Zebpay it services pvt ltd)".
On 24th sep 2017 i transfered inr5000 to zebpay it service pvt ltd central bank of india account (#details : acc no. [protected] ; ifsc cbin0281661) through imps. And they are denying that amonut were received by them.
I mailed them i called several times to zebpay india and every time they are said "amount is not reflecting in our account you can consult with your bank". I consulted to ny bank and got full detail that "amount is credited in"zebpay it service pvt ltd ; acc no. [protected] ; ifsc - cbin0281661 " on the same day (24/09/2017).
So eithrr their account department is very irresponsible or this is a fraudulent case.
So i am requesting you to help me to lodge legal complaint against zebpay india regarding the matter.

But they replied that i have put the wrong reference id number (Which i dont think is wrong).
After raising several tickets, i havent got any reply.

They just told me that "we are unable to find your order number"

Even i have emailed the company director with details, but no reply.
I will provide all the screenshot from bank to zabpay app.

I want my money back on urgent basis.
Or i will post this on facebook.

I've transferred inr.15000/- from my sbi bank account to zeb pay bandhan bank account ([protected]) on 28.09.2017 and provided reference number sbin[protected] for deposit order d 842057. Today i got the message that my order (D842057) has been cancelled due to the incorrect reference number and my mone has not been credited to my rs account. Please do the needful to deposit the said amount to my rs account or transfer my money back to my sbi account.

The customer care guys are amazing they dont know whats going on. They just say what they have been taught repeatedly. Its awful. They cant handle customer queries properly.

I deposited 2.5 lakh in zebpay. I had registered with my icici account. When i tried to withdraw it says failed transaction, incorrect account details. Details are absolutely correct.
Message from zebpay: your withdrawal request w254958 amt of rs. 49990 is not processed due to incorrect bank details. Please submit correct bank account details from application.
These frauds will scam your money. Dont deposit funds in zebpay and uninstall the app
