Zebpay — Money deposited but not reflecting in my Zebpay wallet.

Hi, I deposited a sum of INR 1 lakh from ICICI bank account in my Zebpay account on 1 Dec 2020. Its 4 Dec 2020 today the money is still not getting reflected in my wallet. I have even raised a ticket with Zebpay (#192870) for the same. I have even cross checked with my bank and they have mentioned that the transaction was successful and the money was deposited in the bene bank. Please help me resolve this issue. I am attaching a screen shot of my bank account with the transaction highlighted in red. awaiting your reply.

This transaction was an IMPS transactions and the transaction number is[protected]
