Zebpay — No Customer service help, My incoming payment is stuck!

Hello, I am currently awaiting a USDT XXXX transaction in my wallet. I generated a Tron link from your website to accept payment; the payment was successful on the other end, but Zebpay pay is now refusing to accept this payment, stating that "we do not support the Tron network." Why was the Tron link generated when no payments were accepted? Please advise on how to recover the funds or reverse the transaction.
