Money deposited is not credited yet to my zebpay account

Zebpay Support - I deposited INR49990/= via kyc compliant my registered bank using UPI instant transfer. Earlier, deposit used to get credited within 5mins. But this time it is more than one hour and my Zebpay account is not yet credited. I am worried and very much concerned. Request you to kindly do the needful so that it gets credited ASAP.

Withdrawal amount is not credited in bank account.

I'll place an withdrawal order on 15/05/2021 ₹18000 still my money will not credited in my bank account. I'll send all documents related to my problem . Bank statement, bank email which is clearly mentioned that amount will be credited in bank account. But from yours side don't have any reply on my tickets. Please check it sir as soon as possible....

I haven't receive money in my account

Yesterday, I have initiated a withdrawal request of 70, 010 INR from my ZEBPAY account but I have received only 70 INR in my bank account.

Please check the issue and try to send my complete money in my bank account.

Money deducted from my wrong account.

Hi, I request you to please correspond to my query as the sum of 50000/- rupees is debited from my unlinked account of HDFC bank instead of a linked account. As I mistakenly made the payment through another HDFC account. I am sending you the details of the transaction and also the details of the bank account from where I transferred the money. Acc. Refund not credited the bank account

On 2nd January 2021, I had deposited Rs. 200000 to the Zebpay account.
The transaction was processed and the amount was credited to their account. But, the request to process the money was cancelled on their app.

It has been more than 10 days that I am asking them to make a refund to my bank account. But, they are just stalling me for it.

withdraw money not credited to my bank account

I made a withdrawal of rs 8000 on 31st december 2017 through my zebpay account, it's been 5 days already but i haven't received the amount in my bank account. This is hugely disappointing and annoying. I have called the customer care around 10 times and raised around 5-6 tickets but these people keep on saying that the amount will be credited today or tomorrow but that today or tomorrow never came till now. These people seem to be fraudulent....

helpline number (1860-233-0474) never works

I made a deposit to my zebpay account. The transaction was successful, but i received email from zebpay customer service that the order was cancelled. I tried calling their helpline number[protected] to enquire but the ivr options never work. As in - when we call, the ivr asks to press 1 or 2 but nothing happens even when you enter the numbers. This happened several times.

Zebpay includes this number in all their email...

It's not a nice idea for anyone to trust this platform, they only extort from your account and disable everything when you request for withdrawal. I was only lucky enough to get it resolved after I added Purnimabarik on telegram who came through for me with a reversal to my account after I watched a series of testimonies about Purnima Barik success recovery stories and reviews from other victims. Please let us all be very careful zebpay.cc

    I did the last transactions on 8th april 2024 where I bought some cryptos and including 8th april 2024, my total value of wallet was fluctuating between 9.25 lakhs to 10.5 lakhs INR having majorly bitcoin, etherum, dogecoin and polkadot but when I logged into my zebpay, its not reflecting my wallet balance and showing zero value but when I go to exchnage in zebpay account, its reflecting my holding value and quantity but wallet showing zero there also and so I am wrorried.
    Zebpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I had a similar bad experience with Zebpay. After responding to the ad in December 2023 I was contacted by zebpay who invited me to trade. I visited their website and was told I could make R30, 000 to R50, 000 pm on their platform. They told me I needed to add more funds. I began trading, always under the advice of a “success manager.” Three months later I had lost nearly 800, 000 rupees but I got my money back with the help of a good expert. BanninkSolutions is the licensed expert I use. Just research the name. You’ll find the necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.. You can also message them at telegram:@banninksolutions and also email: Banninksolutions @proton.me .

        They deducted the 200/- from my account without any intimation saying membership fees.
        When i asked about the same they said they had sent and email and push notifications on the app for intimation.

        I have attached email proofs stating they have not sent any email, but they are failing in providing any proofs that they have sent email.

        Please help in getting my money back, i will not be associated with these types of fraud compaines in future.

          My recent encounter with Zebpay's customer service left me deeply disappointed and concerned. When seeking assistance to regain access to my account, their response was not only unhelpful but also highly suspicious.

          While I understand their policy regarding non-resident Indians (NRIs), I merely wanted to access my account for review and verification purposes. Instead, they promptly deactivated my account without allowing me to examine my transaction history or balances. This lack of transparency is deeply troubling.

          I believe customers should have the right to access and verify their accounts before any action is taken. Zebpay's conduct raises serious questions about their commitment to professionalism and customer satisfaction.

          In light of my experience, I urge potential users to exercise caution when considering Zebpay's services. Deceptive practices should not be tolerated, and I hope this review helps others make informed decisions.

          I'm quite confused by their actions. They kept asking me the same thing, which was frustrating. I believe it's not right to close a customer's account without giving them access. What puzzles me is why they wouldn't let me check the information myself. They just sent me an Excel sheet with numbers and expected me to agree without any questions. This makes me wonder if Zebpay is being honest. I feel I need to bring up this issue because it doesn't seem fair.

            I did the transaction on 14 August and it was deposited in my account on 15 th August as confirmed by HDFC bank and IKBL bank also.
            One is received and another is in your account because of account deletion .

            I deleted that account at that time. Maybe that's the issue.

                Zebpay policy says, each fiat withdrawal shall be credited to the bank account within 3 working days. Its more than 40 days (1.25 months), I have made a withdrawal request and still not received my money. Zebpay has set an autobot msg to say-they have some issue with their banking channel partners.

                We have been hearing this same statement from more than a month now. I have even followed 3-4 times to their support team on twitter, but again no luck on credit.

                I am in urgent need of the my hard earned money-which Zebpay is holding without my consent for holding it beyond 3 days.

                    Please note i have made withdrawal than i got email of KYC2 Level Verification due to threshold limit, than i cancel the withdrawal and money came back to my wallet.
                    Now but the account is disable i am not able to buy or sell or withdraw anything its showing 'Cannot Debit Funds"

                      I Placed a Withdrawal Order no W4702847 for 171687.81 four days ago, but each time zebpay respond that it will settle within 3 days, there is no customer care support to talk a positive response. How can I get my money back? plz help
