Zebpay — not showing bitcoin balance

I have asked to transfer bitcoin balance from my account but the same amount seem to be still in process due to ban of rbi. Order no #w1549451 to transfer amount of rs. 11, 694 has not been executed. Please re transfer bitcoin in my zeb pay account.
