Zebpay — request #416380 after a whole month zebpay isn't making my refund

Zebpay,
I have mailed to you a dozen a times for my refund but i am not getting the matter where is my payment
I made a payment on 8/11/2017 of 10200/- from my account
At first the mail said that payment received and another mail says payment has been auto cancelled, it will take 5-7 working days to transfer the amount.
The matter is pending with zebpay not giving me a positive response and a proper reply.

Still waiting for my payment
