Zebpay — transaction failed with the deduction of money.. and not processing refund request | |||||
On 13th of august i deposited rs 10000 through bhim app with a successful transaction but zebpay didnt show any balance and failed the transaction They told me that they will refund the amount but no resolutions I have raised several ticket but still no resolution Ticket no. 258292, 245565, 261066, 245565, 272005, 272060 Please look into this matter And now they are not responding to my mails This is not a good service Deposited rs 10000 to [protected]@axis bank through bhim app With transaction no.[protected] And transaction failed with successful deduction of amount.. zeb pay is good in some cases but fails in other, they transfer money from customer account to their own account with in the same working day but when we withdraw amount from their account to our account ., they make false excuses and said we have transfered, or say pls ist generate ticket or say will be transferred in 48 hours etc . in this way they passes time and the customer got panic .. similar in my case i am waiting for money 15989 rs from past 3 days. but the reply is same my m. no [protected]
