I have order a bicycle online through www.kinture.com and make payment through creditcard which amounts to rs.9569.80. But after giving order no confirmation was sent to me regarding the order.. And no contact no.. Was available on the site.. So i mailed regarding this and told them to cancel my order and refund my money.. But no reply has been received... Even they have facebook account i msgd them there also but later they bloch ny acount.
My request u to pls help in geting my money back.
