[Resolved]  Zee Business — Wrong bill for Vodafone Post paid bill connection [protected]

Dear Sir, I was using Vodafone post paid connection from past 2-3years but few months back suddenly I started getting wrong bill amount and for the same I also complained to customer care several time but I didn't got any response. There was several moment when I was forced to talk to them for 1 hr continuously and every time I was telling them the same story to solve my issue. It was wastage of time for me as daily I used to talk to them but never I use to get any reply. Customer care used to tell me that first you make the payment and then we will adjust the amount, the same I did it for the first month but again 2nd month bill was for almost INR 1600. After that I decided that I am not going to pay my bill until and unless they are not adjusting the bill amount, later on my connection was disconnected by them because of which I suffered a lot, almost for two month I have been tortured and now they have made by bill amount INR 3000(approx). After doing all these thing they have started sending me Notice through email but every time I use to reply them on email that first solve my issue then talk about payment after that they never use to reply me properly and then some other day some one else will drop me an email with one more notice and they will mention on top that I have ignored their notice. I am seriously getting frustrated and I don't want to go to court and waste my time because I am working I can't take leave like this and on the other hand I don't want to pay this amount anymore because of the torture what they have done with me. Today I got a call from one unknown number and that guy was shouting in some local language but he was using term like Vodafone company and payment. I am not sure whether who was he but I was not expecting this kind of call. Please look into it and let me know if can put any kind of harassment case on them. From past 3 month they have made my life hell. Please help me and if you want any of those mail which they have dropped to me or which I have replied to them I can forward you the same. But for this I don't want to go to Court and waste my time as their Lawyer will be paid lawyer and I will have to do everything from my side and that I can't manage. Regards, Sujit
