Every day I am getting threatening messages even after not having any loan overdue from Indiabulls Dhani personal loan.
They mentioned, I am a defaulter and sending SMS and issued show cause letter.

I request you to highlight in your media and get attention from RBI to take action against this type of cheap behavior from a financial org.
This has created lot of anxiety and extra overhead for me .

I had booked a flat in aug-2012 in shubhkamna city which was sold by government and public sector employees welfare housing organisation. After payment of 20% of amount to gapsewho, they handed over the project to shubhkamna buildtech pvt ltd. Right now i have paid approx 1871084/ out of 24, 20, 000/ and after that they stopped work from last 2.5 years. Case is also filed in ncdrc and fir has been also lodged but builder still not in mood to complete the project or return the amount.

How poor people exploited by govt. Set up i want to share one common problem of poor people in our country (India which i myself has faced recently). That is punjab govt. Co-operative housing society (Housefed punjab) launched a housing scheme in the year 2009. (Cooperative housing scheme of built up flats at banur) category 1 tentative cost rs. 20.18 lacs category 2 tentative cost rs. 14.92 lacs category 3 tentative cost rs. 5.98 lacs with conditions 1. Floorwise cost of the flat will be finalized before handing over the possession of the flats, which shall be binding on the allottees 2. If the allottee does not take possession, after the closing date of offer of possession, the allotment of the flat shall be cancelled after forfeting the entire money deposited by the applicant. Now housefed offered possession in 2015 with final price of all flats by increasing 65% cost i. E. Evan more than prevailing market rates of same flats in that area which are appox. 25% lower then increased price demanded by housefed.Interest & delay element is separate that lost by allottees how it is justified by such a govt organization which has been floated for public welfare they are charging 25% more then prevailing market rate with a consequence of forfeiting. Dear sir/madam, I have purchased Lenovo G50-80 laptop from ebay.in on 23rd feb 2016 and my paisapay id is [protected] and my claim id is 1755968 and it was delivered to me within 2days. Later i found that on bill o[censored]AE provided by seller it was mentioned has 4GB and it is imported he may not have export/import license and on his listing it is 12GB. I have paid for it[protected] discount so i have paid rs.34000. So i have asked for return and seller accepted it and ebay said they cannot arrange for return shipping and asked me to return the product within 72hrs and they will return my return shipping money also along with my product money. So i have shipped the product on 17th march 2016 through dtdc and my docket number is V28290554 and within 1 day it got delivered .After calling n number of times. Then on april 12th i have received a call from ebay.in saying that screen is damaged in shipping so need a declaration letter from DTDC stating that it was delivered safely. When product got delivered on march 18th ebay.in communicated this information on april 12th which is very late. I believe seller is showing different laptop which is damaged. So i have approached and followed up with DTDC maruthi nagar branch from where i have booked shipping i didn't receive proper response and i have approached malakpet DTDC and ambatpur DTDC branch no proper response was there nor they provided declaration letter. But DTDC ambatpur branch emailed me, so same email i have forwarded to ebay.in. Still ebay said it need declaration letter.Then i have sent a email to claims.[protected]@dtdc .com; Still no response. And ebay.in from past 79 days i am following up with them there is no resolution. I have bought the money for 3% interest and purchased i did not receive my laptop money and courier charges also. I have called seller of ebay he is not responding. Please consider my case and help me to resolve my issue and ask them to refund my laptop, courier, and interest charges. With great faith i am approaching please guide me and resolve my issue. I am attaching UAE bill provided by seller, emails exchanged with DTDC and DTDC courier receipt.

Dear Sir, I was using Vodafone post paid connection from past 2-3years but few months back suddenly I started getting wrong bill amount and for the same I also complained to customer care several time but I didn't got any response. There was several moment when I was forced to talk to them for 1 hr continuously and every time I was telling them the same story to solve my issue. It was wastage of time for me as daily I used to talk to them but never I use to get any reply. Customer care used to tell me that first you make the payment and then we will adjust the amount, the same I did it for the first month but again 2nd month bill was for almost INR 1600. After that I decided that I am not going to pay my bill until and unless they are not adjusting the bill amount, later on my connection was disconnected by them because of which I suffered a lot, almost for two month I have been tortured and now they have made by bill amount INR 3000(approx). After doing all these thing they have started sending me Notice through email but every time I use to reply them on email that first solve my issue then talk about payment after that they never use to reply me properly and then some other day some one else will drop me an email with one more notice and they will mention on top that I have ignored their notice. I am seriously getting frustrated and I don't want to go to court and waste my time because I am working I can't take leave like this and on the other hand I don't want to pay this amount anymore because of the torture what they have done with me. Today I got a call from one unknown number and that guy was shouting in some local language but he was using term like Vodafone company and payment. I am not sure whether who was he but I was not expecting this kind of call. Please look into it and let me know if can put any kind of harassment case on them. From past 3 month they have made my life hell. Please help me and if you want any of those mail which they have dropped to me or which I have replied to them I can forward you the same. Sub broker office Branch Code No. 1609 was opened by Mr Vikas Agarwal and Pawan Agarwal with two workers Shakeel Ahmad and Nayeem Ahmad at 9- Nandini Vihar colony, sector- 12, Indira Nagar, at Lucknow in the year 2009. 1. Religare Commodities Ltd seemed to be trusted and reputed firm, So I invested money for future prospects my account number allotted by at Lucknow branch code 1609 as my account No. DK- 4012 but Lucknow office was closed on 10 November 2012. 2. Actually I do not know even ABC Of the trading account. I never submitted any kyc, I have not done any online trading, However with out my knowledge. The workers of the Lucknow office namely Shakeel and Nayeem were dealt the business themselves on 10.11.2012, I came to know that both the workers have left Lucknow by committed fraud with me and put me in a Loss of Rs- 202300.00 (Two Lacs twenty three hundred) only. 3. As Mr Vikas Agarwal and Pawan Agarwal the Sub-brokers of Religare Commodities Ltd, and are the owners of a branch code No. 1609 at Lucknow and a branch code No. 1032 at Bareilly in the name as ROHELKHAND FINANCE SERVICES. 4. They are responsible behavior for of their workers and they should pay our Losses. I have come to know that the above mentioned same two workers namely Shakeel and Nayeem in the same way have made a fraud with subscribers of Barielly with the help of both Vikas Agarwals and Pawan Agarwal and fraudulent practice should be stopped immediately before they select any other city for the same and an action should be taken against them accordingly. 5. When I asked ROHELKHAND FINANCE SERVICES Barielly office for my account futher details and for Lucknow office, Vikas Agarwal didn't give me the details of my any questions, and he sent me two forged letters. 6. Religare Commodities Ltd branch code No. 1609 was opened at Lucknow office but dealt with office registered 1032 Barielly, which is an evidence of my two cheques deposited at Barielly office and one in Lucknow office. 7. There is clear evidence that the transaction of money between ROHELKHAND FINANCE SERVICES (Franchise of Religare commodities ltd) and Nayeem, Shakeel & Arish workers of office No. 1609 at Lucknow were taken place. 8. An F.I.R registered at crime No. 657/12 at Police Station Gazipur and crime no.-628/12 Police Station Gomti nagar Lucknow on the now which is under investigation on the application moved by me date 23 November 2012 or date 09 December 2012. 9. I would like bring into your kind notice that I have not received any proof which validate the order of trading and also neither recorded any contract letter at my registered address nor recording process was revived by me, for the order of any trade (Confirmation call) and as such the applicant have never involved in trading but behind him the workers of office Lucknow 1609 was done the same. 10. I have asked the Religare costumer care dated[protected] about Religare commodities Ltd office branch code No. 1609 at Lucknow dealing with costumer and why it was closed all of sudden ? but no answer was given to me till date. 11. I want to draw your kind attention that on some papers, I have received from Religare commodities ltd Company, Dublicate contract note pages No. 1 to page No. 34 which are indicating the transitions of trading were done on several dates through my account No. DK-4012 at registered office D-30 Butler Plaza Civil Lines Barielly UP, without taking me is confirmation. 12. The above said contact note are liable to be investigated first to find out the facts at case. because the applicant invested Rs. 202300/- with Religare Commodities Ltd Company, office No. 1609- at 9- Nandni Vihar Colony Sector-12 Indira Nagar Lucknow. But contact notes shows excess amount and huge amount which was not possible for me and as such, the complain made by me, Is correct and involvement of Religare commodities Ltd Company or Rohailkhand Finance Services and office No. 1609 at Lucknow is show already to cheat me. Deal inquiry regarding contact note page No. 1 to page No. 34 Is require to be invitegated because about said contact notes the applicant is having no knowledge at all. Dear Zee Business Team, I purchased a Micromax 42 inch colour (Micromax 42C0050UHD 106 cm (42) LED TV) from Flipcart on 25th May 2015, it was delivered to me on 30th May. Since then I have got three installation dates from Flipcart, 1st on 3rd June, Then 5th June, then 7th June and now there is no communication at all from Flipcart. Since I purchased TV on exchange offer, delivery team have taken my Old TV also. It's vacation time and kids at home are really disappointed as there is no TV at home since last 10 days. In the month of June-July, 2014 I put a question regarding my investment in programme slotted at 1.00 P.M. One of expert panellist Mr. Gaurav Bajaj took my telephone No. and telephoned me through Brainex which they claimed was a parallel; vertical of Zee Business. Mr. Gaurav Bajaj met me at Barakhamba Road office of Brainex and pursued me to open a trading a/c with SMC Global and convinced me that while trading in Future and Options there will be no loss and I being a retired person will be able to make some extra income. He guaranteed me that there will be no loss in the trading as suggested by him. I was very reluctant for entering in Future and Option trading but he constantly persuaded me to open a new trading account in a co. advised by him. I opened a trading account through his messanger and transferred some of my shares to the newly opened Dmat a/c. As per their instructions I started trading on[protected]. But when I informed Mr. Gaurav Bajaj about the trading he told me that he has left Brainex and they have incurred a heavy loss in my trading account. I was scared he told me to not to worry and assured me to recover loss and make profit within one month. He advised me to transfer the account to a franchise account. I followed his advise and transferred the account to franchise account where the franchise was operating my account. Actually I wanted to get out of this, because I was of the view that this is not suitable plate-form for retail/small investors. I requested his several times to let me know the actual position of my account so that I can close the account even with some loss. I met his in Nov. 2014 and told him that I want to be out of it. He again convinced me that why you take loss he assured me that my loss will be recovered within two months. I agreed to continue for two more months. Frequent trading was being done through my account and they earned a brokerage of nearly five lacs through my account. I used to confirm the trades over telephone after receiving the call from SMC without knowing the implications. I again requested him to make me out of this mess.and gave a notice to franchise to not to do further trading in my account. I stopped confirming trades after[protected]. After the expiry for Jan.2.015 I found that heavy losses were incurred in my trading account. I telephoned Mr.Gaurav Bajaj for the losses he told me to have conviction in the market and again assured to recover the losses. But I denied to continue and put a complaint to SMC Global but they took no action and liquidated my shares to the tune of Rs.9.5 lacs. I want that persons like Gaurav Bajaj should be removed from the list of Expert Analyst. He is a fraudulant person and bringing bad name to TV Channels and shaking the confidence of Small Investors in Capital Market. I request you to take Suitable action against such people and expose them through Media. He might have duped several innocent people like me

i have brought a water purifier from reliance digital gurgaon last year April with one year extended warranty and service form reliance(reliance resq). It stops working in Feb mid, I have made a complaint last week Feb that still not resoled as per complaint and their service plane the solve problems in 24-48 hours. They havent send me anything till date.I made a call to thier office so many times but some stupid lady will pick the call and will say that she is busy.its been months now . In zee bussiness channel news reader Mr.NAVIN SONI given wrong information during their show on 26th march'2009 at afternoon near 1p.m.. He said about a stock "AKRUTI CITY" that anyone can make profit by buying this stock from BSE and selling this stock immediately on NSE, because during afternoon on this day, the price difference is approx Rs.300/- b/w BSE and NSE.
After his opinion I bought share of this stock on BSE and when I try to sell these share on NSE on that day... It can't happen. Then I called to My demat site HDFC Sec.They said I can't sell them on diiferent exchange on the same day. I also told them that a ZEE bussiness channel said that, I can buy on BSE and can sell on NSE...thats why I have bought. Demat person finally said that TV person gave me the wrong information. Tomorrow is bank holiday...and my stock getting 50% down.
Who is the reponsible for my huge loss. I want to get my money back anyway.
