I had bought the annual subscription pack of Rs.499/- on 06.04.2021 which is going to be expired on 06.04.2022.

Due to some of the financial constraints, I would prefer to cancel my subscription and looking forward to get the re-fund. I have logged the complaint in Grievance Redressal Cell of ZEE5 however I have not received a formal response yet.

I anticipate co-operation from Consumer Complaints Forum in this disputed matter and look forward to hearing from the department soon.

Ive purchased the zee5 1 year subscription on jan 22, 2022 using Flipkart supercoin and phonepay but my subscription is not active yet. I have contacted support n number of time ans spoked with supervisors multiple time still my issue is not addressed. Its a worst experience ive went through zee5 team with blunder responses.

On jan 22 ive contacted support and informed them that I've purchased 1 year subscription using Flipkart supercoin and phonepay under email address : [protected]@gmail.com and phone number : 99****9682 still my subscription is not active. Agent said he will be escalating this issue to higher team. Supervisor called me and asked for the transaction screenshots and advertisement via email. Ive shared the flipkart supercoin transaction, phonepay transaction screenshot and advertisement through Flipkart. After that no one has get back to me, once again started chat conversation with agent and asked for supervisor for and update on ticket :2252754 agent just uses his canned responses instead o[censored]nderstanding my issue and ended the chat. After couple of hours supervisor got in touch with me, once again ive explained the whole issue. Then Supervisor asked me to contact Flipkart and phonepay, ask he said i have contacted flipkart and phonepay and verified the payment and they confirmed that transaction went smoothly from their end and no issues and then they both redirected me to zee5 once again initiated the chat with agent and went through the same experience. After couple of hours once again supervisor got in touch with me and asking for the coupon code received from Flipkart. Ive already informed that i didn't received any coupon to activate then he says its not our issue contact Flipkart once again. To make Supervisor to understand better i have tried purchasing the same zee5 subscription using the different account [protected]@gmail.com and recorded the screen. Then Supervisor says that you tried with different account then you should login with that account. If he have gone through my email he will understand because i already mentioned in email that in [protected]@gmail.com i dont have a supercoin to show because of that im trying with different account [protected]@gmail.com to make you understand how flipkart supercoin are deducted and how it went through phonepay for remaining amount. Then Supervisor says we dont have any plans for 263 rupees then once again i explained him 236 was deducted from Flipkart supercoin and then it redirected me to phonepay for 263 rupees and the transaction was successful. Again supervisor says we haven't received the payment it went through woohoo.[protected]@ please contact them. Since flipkart is redirecting me to that UPI and already contacted both and they confirmed payment was successful. Ive already shared all the relevant screenshots and screen recordins.
Still they are unable to fix the issue and activate my subscription. Its been already 4 days still they didn't resolved my issue and they dont have any explanation simply uses they canned responses.

Multiple times ive mentioned that i have not received any coupon still they ask for that, already cross checked spam folder as well. Im unable to add video to this because of the largest file space. I request you to check the email for screen recording
