i have not been able to log on to my vodafone internet account for last two weeks and all i have to do is wait for the next day to talk to custumer care and get " SORRY SIR THE SERVER IS NOT WORKING". now when i wish to talk to the same costumer guys the setup in the diling system is not connecting me to a custumer care execative.

in the care centers its a long queue and i could not go through in three hours today, obvously i had to leave for my office.

kindly do something.
Or i shall move to other service providers.
