Ive purchased the zee5 1 year subscription on jan 22, 2022 using Flipkart supercoin and phonepay but my subscription is not active yet. I have contacted support n number of time ans spoked with supervisors multiple time still my issue is not addressed. Its a worst experience ive went through zee5 team with blunder responses.

Zee TV HD Channel technical issues, I request you to solve the problem immediately....

I had bought the annual subscription pack of Rs.499/- on 06.04.2021 which is going to be expired on 06.04.2022.

Due to some of the financial constraints, I would prefer to cancel my subscription and looking forward to get the re-fund. I have logged the complaint in Grievance Redressal Cell of ZEE5 however I have not received a formal response yet.

I anticipate co-operation from Consumer Complaints Forum in this...

i have not been able to log on to my vodafone internet account for last two weeks and all i have to do is wait for the next day to talk to custumer care and get " SORRY SIR THE SERVER IS NOT WORKING". now when i wish to talk to the same costumer guys the setup in the diling system is not connecting me to a custumer care execative.
