Zee Tv — about subscription

Namaste i am from tamilnadu and i watch zee tamil regularly i have subscribed to the premium pack in zee 5 app of amount 50 rupees per month and the amount has also taken from bank and the declaration from bank also came to me by message that the amount has been taken but still i face the problem in the premium pack and its not opening still it shows to subscribe ne again. I request you to kindly solve my problem soon and i hope you to resolve it soon.
