[Resolved] Zee Tv — Zee5 subscription amount paid but subscription not activated | |
I have paid an amount of 499 for the annual subscription to zee5 today. The money has been paid through SBI net banking and accordingly, it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received from the SBI end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in the Zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to Zee5 doesn't show. Oct 23, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The transaction was shown to be failed and the money was refunded today Zee TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |

I’ve paid for the subscription, amount also has been deducted but still can’t play the videos. Here’s the error,
