Inspite of paying the amount for 6 months pack unable to get the content don’t know how to access and when i click subscribe it says already availed i tried authenticate device also nothing working infact it’s 2 days now and i bought the subscription on my tv... My phn no is [protected] why is this so complicated once u pay it should automatically update or advise us wht to do... This is v bad

    I never subscribed to asia tv limited and now i am unable to unsubscribe to Asia tv limited and every month 4.99 euro are deducted .

    please cancel my subscription

    i only have India zeetv subscription i do not want any other

          I'm trying to cancel my subscription but it wasn't getting cancelled
          So I deleted the app
          But next month money got deducted from my card automatically
          It happened today also so I installed the App again and tried to cancel the subscription but it doesn't work it's shows there is no plan but my money has been deducted from card

            In haryana mostly school fee hike is not controlled by any one, neither ministry of education is controlling nor any other department
            Bhartiya bhavan vidyala has done hike in re-admission fee to almost 25, 000 which was only 10, 000 last year
            Tution fee also doubled without any valid reason
            Reasonable hike in fee 10-15% is acceptable

              There are too many adverts on tv
              Too many repeat shows as well
              We need to be providing better films / less breaks / no repeats as bollywood has a far bigger range of movies than what is broadcasted
              I understand revenue from adverts but there should be a limit as well
              You shall push more people not subscribing & move on to netflix

                Sorry but the content for Kundali Bhagya is not worth watching and just stupid story for a girl getting married since 3 months...it's really irrritating to watch please do something if possible

                    I know due to corona virus its not possible to show new episodes so kindly show the previous episode of serial"guddan tum se na ho payega" because it quite boring to watch kumkum bhagya all day and please keep the time of showing serial between 8.00pm to 10. Pm there are many people who watch zee tv and there favorite show is guddan tmse na ho payega so plz show repeat episodes of this serial instead of showing kumkum bhagya all day kindly consider my request and take action as soon as possible we are waiting for ur action

                        This is not like a complaint. A small doubt is in the show called koncham touch lo untay cheypta many celebrities gave there hand prints. And the show host told that it's for aution so is that real if yes what is the process to take that hand prints

                                I have paid an amount of rs 999towards annual subscription of zee5 for my account [protected] on 27th march 2020. The money has been paid through debit card. A successful transaction sms has also been received from debit card bank. The payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back.

                                I took monthly subscription for 99. But, plan is not active. When i accessing channel, showing take subcription message. Resolve problem.

                                  I have made rs. 999 annual subscription fee to zee5 using apple pay. The payment is successful but the payment is not reflecting on my zee5 account. Now it is 48 hours, despite me sending hourly emails, i have got no response. Kindly help in getting subscription.

                                  May payment was made on 27th march.
                                  The service team cannot even respond with eta. This is the most frustrating experience.

                                  I bought zee5 annual subscription of rs.999 on 25/03/2020..i got bill also but not able to see premium movies.. And cant see any subscription plan of zee5 added in my fire stick
                                  I paid through Apple for yearly subscription. All went through. I can see my subscription too. However premium shows not available. More than 5 months now. I sent multiple emails to zee5 support.No solution yet. Looks like it is fraud.

                                    I want you guys to fix the problem as i have also paid via paytm & haven’t received the subscription. I bet also send a request to fix this through my zee5 account. I have paid 99rs for it. And i’m sending a screenshot of the payment. Have a look on this & fix this.
                                    This is not my first tym to use zee5 but this has happened first tym as payment is done but subscription haven’t...

                                        I have made the payment two times with 999 rs for 1 year subscription plan, money has been deducted from account but susbscription did not activated yet.

                                        I request zee5 team to resolce this issue as soon as possible and refund my other 999rs which i have paid for second time. Its a very bad experience for me and have seen many people suffering with same problem. You guyz eating money and not providing services.
