I have paid 99rs today on zee tv mobile app.. And also got a message that it has got that the package was subscribed but can't watch movies it says subscribe for that.. No contact to call anyone or chat option not sure what to do.. Plz help.. It says no subscription history on the app... I need a refund or want the access to the one month subscription... I hv subscribed before as well but never faced any issues.. Not sure why now.. This is an annoying... If i don't get this resolved will hv to post it on insta n fb..

    I have paid one month subscription fees from paytm but till now i haven't received any services related to that what to do ? My money has been already deducted. Will u please look in the matter and solve it as early as possible so that i will be thankful to you. And i have already made a complaint regarding this to paytm and i am also writing a complain to you.

      Dear zee team,

      We are paying huge money to watch the channels. There is 3 adds played in 10 times in 10 mins. This needs to be stopped immediately.
      It's not a free channel and we are paying for telecast the channels not to watch your own adds. Please stop this immediately and due to shivaratri we are watching shivaom program. But u people are playing unnecessary adds.

      I have purchased Zee5 Annual subscription All Access plan online.. payments have been processed successfully but my plan is not active ..I am unable to view any content on my Zee5 app on my mobile or TV ..it does not reflect in the payment history and nor does it shows my active plan
      Kindly help as soon as possible
      You can't forward the serial and always in show the support is serline and Mahira so it's very boring serial

        Corruptiion in trial court gurgaon, justice is denied to the victim of domestic violence, although the accused has been convicted under section 323, 325 for breaking rib of his wife in 2014, he is being favoured and victim is just getting dated for past 8 years
        Could you please help, as the man has deserted his wife, having high level connections, leading happy life with a lady in live-in relationship, wife is being harassed for children and her maintenance.
        Lady has no support from her own parents and family, advocates work for money even from opposite party.
        What shall a lady do in such a situation,
        She can't even come up openly for the sake of her children.

          What the hell is byju’s hindi add doing in zee kannada channel. How shameless you guys are?? Don’t your parents thought showing respect, being gratitude towards the land feeding you?? My question is why hindi add is being aired in kannada channel?? Just imagine someone coming to your home and kicking yours parents out of your own home?? Shameless creatures.. Who is the manager who approves # like this??? This will become a serious issue in very few days trust me...

            Please zeeworld always check the series properly before bringing it on air because we love zee world and we don't want to get tired of it imagine lady luck how could the whole family die like that and ganga sagar nd the daughter to, is not fair na. We are not fool. Bring movie that make sense eg the heirs, iron lady, laali etc and please the advert also are annoying please we love zeeworld and also they should give award to nigerian too not only south african please take note.             I paid 99 for zee5 today previously i was able to watch tv shows before time but today i am unable to watch any tv shows before time. then what is the mean of premium when i am unable to enjoy premium access to channels .
            Serials like Kundali Bhagya, kumkum Bhagya shows evil in good light . They murder and get away with. It'. Serials should be teaching young minds how to value human beings and follow the path of peace .
            I already subscribe to 6 months package for zee5 but didn't work for premium, please check it and activated
            I really don't know about the subscription and premium pack.i paid premium pack is 472 rupees, this pack activation is my mistake please stop this pack and refund my money in my account.please note my request and refund my money on my account.             Please can twist of fate interchange with curse of sand Because curse of sand is more interesting than twist of fate. For how many years we have been watching this annoying movie no truth has been revealed. What can of childish play is it, a lot of people are loosing Interest because of stupid and foolish act they display in twist of fate.

              Hello, i want address a complain about the premium subscription of zee5.. Its not accepting the gpay from bob neither the debit card of bob.. Kindly resolve my complain.. Sk i want you toh kindly look at my promblem..& pay attention toh app persmission u have approved... Because of this some of your customers are unable to enjoy the shows telecasted on yoir zee 5 app

                I purchased 181 days pack of Zee5 on 19/01/202. I received a confirmation from ZEE5 on 19/01/2020. But as on now I am unable access ZEE 5 on my devices.
                Disgusting service of Zee 5 app. Most of the programmes, movies series do not get connected on home tv. Whereas Netflix Amazon Prime Hoichoi and similar apps play without any glitch! Which means no wrong with my internet connection. Do not wish to continue subscription.

                  In the month of january i 3 times paid for premium subscription all the time my money got deducted. Kindly refund my money back as the premium subscription is not actived and my active plans shows empty and also got an confirmation email from zee support. This is a very pathetic app i need my money back asap. Look into it on urgent basis. The help section of the app doesnt work at all there is no customer support i had to find this portal on google the app is not at all user friendly.

                    fraudly taking payment

                    My name is hiredya chauhan. I have not ever installed this zee 5 as such in my phone or anywhere. But since last four months the money is getting deducted from my credit card. How can it be possible. Look at the matter asap, i have also tried to uninstall this aap, but as i mentioned it is not there in my phone. Kindly check it and next time my money should not be deduced from my credit card...

                    From 14 jan 2020, cable operators in karnal 132001, haryana are not providing any zee network channels.. We need zee tv, zee cinema very badly. We had already contacted cable operator he was saying that networks are not coming from back.. I'm sure that he was lying.. Please provide us zee network channels if he was closing those then he is destroying image of zee.

                    Please solve our problem as soon as possible.

I opened an app of zee5 in my sony led tv and apply the purchased code and annual subscription is successfull and zee5 premium is then active for 1 year but on playing premium channels "retry"msg is displayed on screen...

                          Recently jodha akbar repeat telecast timings have been changed.
                          Why this sudden change?
                          Earlier it was retelecast at 12 pm and 3pm
                          But now only at 9 am.
                          We are unable to watch our ever favourite program.
                          Please retelecast ja at 1 pm and 5 pm.
                          Its a genuine request.
                          Even we observed that imp scenes are being edited from the serial.
                          Please telecast the show in its original format...

                          On jan 3rd, 2020 episode of zee marathi, jaago mohan pyaare, where teacher using the word called (Nalayak) to the children. Which is absolutely rude and wrong impression falling on parents and kids. If teacher speaks this words so children will learn from them. Please take a necessary action on this. Where we will also have watching same serial with them.

                            I paid the subscription on 31st Dec 2019 but till date nothing has happened why please let me know where to write or send the payment transaction, I even got mail that subscription activated but I can't watch any thing .I can send the transaction detail and email what I received.

                              I was paying Rs. 999/- for Zee5 Annual subscription. While making payment through PAYU.IN, but while making payment there was an error occurred. Hence later I made payment of Rs. 999/- though Paytm App. The money has been paid through paytm and accordingly it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received through paytm end. and It showed success and my subscription renewed. But when i checked my bank account, it shows 2 times my money was deducted 1 is from PAYU.IN/ ref No. is - INB/[protected]/PAYU.IN/ for Rs. 999/- and 2 is from Paytm - ref no. is UPI/P2M/[protected]/ZEE5/Paytm Pay/Oid6 for Rs. 999/- for the annual subscription to zee5.
                              I have raised complaint in the app as well but there was no response.
                              Zee TV customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              After making a payment, zee5 subscription not activated.

                              I downloaded the app at dolla9.95 per month. But it does not work in my tablet. I need to talk to someone. I am from Canada there is no phone number listed on your web site except some for India. But when dialing it says the numbers are withdrawn.ii hope I am not charged in my credit card and money refunded.

                                enable english subtitles

                                Hello,

                                I live in the uk and want to watch zee tv channel. Unfortunately, the english subtitles are not showing to enable me understand what they're saying. Could you please rectify this? I used to watch it with subtitles while with sky tv but now, i'm with talktalk tv and don't see the subtitles anymore. Please fix the issue for us here in the north of england.
