I have paid an amount of 499 for the annual subscription to zee5. The money has been paid through google pay and accordingly it has been deducted from my account twice..A successful transaction message has also been received twice by google pay.. please refund the amount as soon as possible

    I have paid Rs 99 to subscribe zee5 three days back, however no programme is accessible. Whenever I try, there is a message, try again but no success.i wanted to watch mulk movies in these days of lockdown. But 3 days have passed, I have tried many times but all in vain.

      Whom should i contact n when will i get this resolved, plus the days i have missed post renewal who will pay for those.

        I have paid an amount of rs 99 towards monthly subscription of zee5 for my account register on email [protected]@gmail.com on 20 march 2020. The money has been paid through paytm wallet. A successful transaction sms has also been received from paytm. The payment is showing zee5 app or website, but it shows no active subscription. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back.

A successful transaction sms has also been received from debit card bank. The payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated. I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription or my money back

            Hello my subscription id is[protected].. And i have subscribed to zee 5 premium a few hours back but cannot play the premium content. I paid the subscription money through paytm and received a confirmation message by paytm, but did not get any confirmation message from zee5. Im sending u the screenshots of the payments please have a look..

              I am one of the oldest viewer of this channel i have full faith on this channel but zee made a huge mistake in his whole career ie is launching tv serial ie kruban huan please i beg to u stop telicasting this tv show it misleading people's and create wrong image about particular religion in audience i beg to u to suspend this tv show as early as possible other wise we need to take legal action against this serial and it little bit to hectic for your production please stop tele casting this show it is final reminder to production house

                In both the serials kum kum bhagya and kundali bhagya the producer has run out of ideas. The same story is repeated several times, the vulgar language used by the villains who never get caught for the wrong done and for murders committed. Serials are an important means of reaching out to the public at large. The incidents showed and the perverted language used only spoil the mindset of society. Many people who watch these try to practice it too. Many young girls become victim of the torture displayed through these serials. Please teach some good values to society. Be more creative. Winning awards is not a means to measure your creativity nor popularity when the competition is between five or six serials. Why do actors too accept negative roles.?
                Should learn from other countries. Serials are made in 12-15 episodes. They carry a message and makes one think.

                  In half an hour serial, 5 minutes goes for intro and previous episode, then 15 minutes actual story, and then 5 minutes for ads, and literally 30 seconds for serial again, and then 4 minutes again for ads, and then again literally 20 seconds for the continuation of the last 30 seconds with 5 seconds overlapping and then remaining time for the next episode highlights.

                  My question is when you want show ads for 10 minutes in a 30 minute serial, why can't you show the serial for 20 minutes, and then show the ads for the remaining time without raising our bp, frustration, anger after that 30 seconds. This is not a complaint, this is a sincere request asking not to play with our bp levels by playing "serial in between the ads"

                  And we are paying for the content and not for the advertisement. If you keep showing ads for like 1/3rd of the time, i guess we should only pay for 2/3rd of the actual amount currently paying.

                  debited by my account through paytm but no service was provided I had complaint through the app but no response !!money debited to zee5 but no service subscription was applied

                    I have paid 99rs today on zee tv mobile app.. And also got a message that it has got that the package was subscribed but can't watch movies it says subscribe for that.. No contact to call anyone or chat option not sure what to do.. Plz help.. It says no subscription history on the app... I need a refund or want the access to the one month subscription... I hv subscribed before as well but never faced any issues.. Not sure why now.. This is an annoying... If i don't get this resolved will hv to post it on insta n fb..

                      I have paid one month subscription fees from paytm but till now i haven't received any services related to that what to do ? My money has been already deducted. Will u please look in the matter and solve it as early as possible so that i will be thankful to you.                         We are paying huge money to watch the channels. There is 3 adds played in 10 times in 10 mins. This needs to be stopped immediately.
                        It's not a free channel and we are paying for telecast the channels not to watch your own adds. Please stop this immediately and due to shivaratri we are watching shivaom program. But u people are playing unnecessary adds.

                        You can't forward the serial and always in show the support is serline and Mahira so it's very boring serial

                          Corruptiion in trial court gurgaon, justice is denied to the victim of domestic violence, although the accused has been convicted under section 323, 325 for breaking rib of his wife in 2014, he is being favoured and victim is just getting dated for past 8 years
                          Could you please help, as the man has deserted his wife, having high level connections, leading happy life with a lady in live-in relationship, wife is being harassed for children and her maintenance.
                          Lady has no support from her own parents and family, advocates work for money even from opposite party.
                          What shall a lady do in such a situation,
                          She can't even come up openly for the sake of her children.

                              Please zeeworld always check the series properly before bringing it on air because we love zee world and we don't want to get tired of it imagine lady luck how could the whole family die like that and ganga sagar nd the daughter to, is not fair na. We are not fool. Bring movie that make sense eg the heirs, iron lady, laali etc and please the advert also are annoying please we love zeeworld and also they should give award to nigerian too not only south african please take note.                               I paid 99 for zee5 today previously i was able to watch tv shows before time but today i am unable to watch any tv shows before time. then what is the mean of premium when i am unable to enjoy premium access to channels .
                              Serials like Kundali Bhagya, kumkum Bhagya shows evil in good light . They murder and get away with. It'. Serials should be teaching young minds how to value human beings and follow the path of peace .
                              I already subscribe to 6 months package for zee5 but didn't work for premium, please check it and activated

                                Hello, i want address a complain about the premium subscription of zee5.. Its not accepting the gpay from bob neither the debit card of bob.. Kindly resolve my complain.. Sk i want you toh kindly look at my promblem..& pay attention toh app persmission u have approved... Because of this some of your customers are unable to enjoy the shows telecasted on yoir zee 5 app

                                  I purchased 181 days pack of Zee5 on 19/01/202. I received a confirmation from ZEE5 on 19/01/2020. But as on now I am unable access ZEE 5 on my devices.
                                  Disgusting service of Zee 5 app. Most of the programmes, movies series do not get connected on home tv. Whereas Netflix Amazon Prime Hoichoi and similar apps play without any glitch! Which means no wrong with my internet connection. Do not wish to continue subscription.

                                    In the month of january i 3 times paid for premium subscription all the time my money got deducted. Kindly refund my money back as the premium subscription is not actived and my active plans shows empty and also got an confirmation email from zee support. This is a very pathetic app i need my money back asap. Look into it on urgent basis. The help section of the app doesnt work at all there is no customer support i had to find this portal on google the app is not at all user friendly.

                                      From 14 jan 2020, cable operators in karnal 132001, haryana are not providing any zee network channels.. We need zee tv, zee cinema very badly. We had already contacted cable operator he was saying that networks are not coming from back.. I'm sure that he was lying.. Please provide us zee network channels if he was closing those then he is destroying image of zee.

                                      Please solve our problem as soon as possible.

                                        Sir i have a purchased a annual subscription of zee5 premium subscription by applying code which is purchased from flipkart plus zone.. I opened an app of zee5 in my sony led tv and apply the purchased code and annual subscription is successfull and zee5 premium is then active for 1 year but on playing premium channels "retry"msg is displayed on screen...
