about 99 amount paid 2 time

I have paid an amount of rs 99 towards 2 month subscription of zee5 on 31st auguest 2018. The money has been paid through debit card. From another account also successful transaction sms has also been received from bank but the payment is not shown in zee5 app or website, also subscription is not updated.

I have raised a complaint on zee5 website as well but no response. Please help in getting subscription...

I paid twice for the 99/- plan to watch a movie but amount deducted but plan is not activated and when were login it showed as pay to watch and I made 2 transactions of 99/- and tried to contact the zee5 subscription helpline but couldn’t and after a month later I got call for reactivate the service, I informed them the issue they said they will escalate the issue and respond but till now I didn’t get it...

One of the act on 25.8.18 showed a bad image of bankers which is not tolerable at all. The action needs to be initiated otherwise we will lodge a complaint with consumer court. I am also a banker and quite an honest sacrificing many things to serve the nation and appease its financial needs. Banks are the backbone of every country. This is really a despondent act. live tv not showing on pc

I have done 99/- rs subscription. Premium movie's & shows able to watch. But can't watch any live tv. I already complaint three times but still not problem resolved. I launched complaint as per ticket 98326, 98327, 98328, 99718.

I availed zee 5 premium subscription on 30.07.2018. I paid an amount of rs. 499 as a subscription fee for one year. The said amount was paid through paytm at 11.50pm.The screen shot of the payment details is attached.
