Dear Sir, This has reference to an apartment that I booked with Palava Dwellers Private Limited - Lodha Group (company) in Nilje, Dombivili (E) Mumbai. A 2bhk apartment unit E -303 at Genevieve. The booking was done on July 20, 2014. The payment was agreed to be paid as per the schedule. Accordingly, I made arrangement for payments. Initially as I did not understand the methodology for payment I had to ask for explanation which was not provided to me earlier. Later, a major amount was due on October 2, 2014 which was a national holiday. This was to be paid after the registration of property was made with the registrar of the properties. The arrangement for the registration were to be made by the company. However, the company representative failed to make the arrangement before the due date although I had made all the requirements like payment of stamp duty and registration well in time. I had arranged for disbursement with the bank on 30.09.14 and the bank was ready to pay the amount to the company provided I gave them the necessary documents i.e. the Agreement to Sale, the NOC from the company and the ROC from the company. The company could not however arrange the registration before the scheduled date on October 2, 2014 and arranged registration on October 4, 2014. The registration was done on October 4, 2014 and I got the registered copy on October 13, 2014 which I duly submitted to the bank. The NOC of the company was received by me only on October 11, 2014 and the ROC was received by me on October 16, 2014. On that very day the bank made the payment. The company has also made poor communication and when I asked them to help with the documents they flatly refused to do so. This is something inexplicable from any service provider who does not help its customer and creates a difficult situation for them. I am feeling a total distrust from the representatives of the company who have failed to understand my issues and address them. However, the company has choose to levy interest on me close to INR 29, 000/-for no fault of mine. When I requested the company to reconsider the levy of interest because I was ready with the payment the company has choosen to put the blame on me for delaying documents. However, all the relevant documents were ready for registration in time. I have been charged interest on per day basis which is @18% which is inconsiderate as I am not responsible solely for the delays. This being totally unfair and irrational I am requesting you to kindly take this up with the company and provide me with help for getting the interest reversed. Thanks, Ninad Thakre # [protected]

    I bought power spec power number 3 with lenskart vide oreder number [protected] delivered to me on 23rd August 2014. Product was returned to their representative who confirmed that centre tample has come out and spec has become almost in two loosened part and he promised to repair it and deliver back to me. Since more that few weeks passed. Today again I called your customer support for 31st time in connection with repair/replacement/refund of money. against order number[protected]. Surprisingly the again she told me that order is getting placed. the same stautus since last 10 days..       Dear Sir, I am pasting below the complaint letters i had sent to Hathway cable & Datacom Ltd several times, but with out any yield of effect from their end. I request your intervention on the matter immediately. This company is collecting complete charges from me but often the Zee package is switched off, often a few more packs are also not provided. Kindly read carefully the below pasted letter we had sent today to Hathway & we request you to take the needful part of actions. ================================ 02/10/14 Dear Sir, HAPPY DURGA POOJA. Kind Attn. Zonal Manager email: [protected]@hathway.net & [protected]@hathway.net Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd, Ecostation, 2nd floor, Plot no 7, Block BP, Salt lake, Sector V, Kolkata 700091 My name is Anandamoy Chakraborty I hold 2 x STB cards [protected] for Rs. 180.00 package. I find your computer data record it showing all channels of Rs. 100 pack although you are providing Rs. 180 channel services. You are also providing us a bill of Rs. 180 from the beginning till day. Hence this is a fault in your computer data at your end for any unknown reason to us. We also find many of the legitimate channels listed by us like the zee package, & pictures, classic etc services not being provided to us. [protected] for Rs. 100.00 package. I find your computer data record it showing all channels of Rs. 180 pack although you are providing Rs. 100 channel services. You are providing us a bill of Rs. 100 from the beginning till day. 3) I had complained you twice earlier on dt. 29/08/14 & 08/09/14 but it seems that you are turning your deaf ears & blind eyes on this matter by not providing me with the legitimate services till day, even-though you are making regular monthly collections. With this complaint we had decided to move to consumer’s forum cell immediately as we are compelled to understand your mal- intentions. His cell is always switched off & the office is mostly closed. The local Hathway service provider with phone no. 65251235 also found switched off.           I had purchased MIP-93 from an authorised agent o[censored]TI for Rs 5000. But the agent had cheated me and deposited my bank draft in some one else's name. I had filed a FIR and after lot of communications with UTI; finally I got the maturity amount, without interest.           I had invested Rs 5000, through an authorised agent, to UTI's MIP-93 scheme. I was cheated by the agent. I had lodged an FIR with police & UTI immediately. After lot of communications and hardship, finally I got the maturity amount . But I am yet to receive the interest amount for the period 1998 to 2012. Please help me to get justice.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am a frustrated customer who has been neglected by well known & so called reputed VOLKSWAGEN India (Car Company).

              I had purchased Volkswagen POLO car in the year March 2011 ( With 2 years warranty period), after one & half year on 9/11/2013 my car was burnt in the parking area of the bank at Gandhidham (Kutch) Gujarat Pin 370201.

              After that incident, same day company towed my POLO car (GJ-12-BF-2889) at their Local WV show room, & I was informed by VW Workshop Manager that after doing survey we will inform you.

              After 15-20 days I was informed that I will get new car instead of my Burnt POLO Car, till the process is done they gave me a LONER car. After one month the loner car was taken back by the VW company & informed me that I will get a new car with in few days. I waited for 2-3 month & did lot of follow up with company to get my new car & till date I am waiting for my VW POLO CAR. After seeing the Poor response of the company, I have lodged a complaint against the VW company in Consumer court at consumer forum – BHUJ (Kutch) Gujarat.

              I request you to look into the matter & help in getting my car back.

                Its already being confirmed the replacement of Rachna Parulkar and someone has already replaced her but fans across the globe want to see Ashish choudhry and Rachna Parulkar back because their chemistry was appreciated by all. Without a doubt Ashish choudhry was the soul of the show and so if its not possible to bring Rachna Parulkar back then Ashish choudhry should definitely be brought back, Raghav singhania (Ashish choudhry) can not die just like that, he was the lead of the show. For the sake of the fans who appreciated your work and supported you across the world, Ashish choudhry should be brought back for them, without him Ek Mutthi Aasman is nothing and it`ll go down the drain soon if Ashish choudhry is not back on track as Raghav Singhania and the lead/protagonist of the show.                   Myself Rani Rathi from kolkata bought HTC desire X smartphone last year june. Within four months the motherboard crashed. Within the warranty period when I sent it for servicing for the same, the motherboard they replaced it with also crashed within nine months and just when the warranty period expired, the handset became useless. Also, the handset had to be sent once more for servicing during warranty period for the panel keys not working. My fault was I paid so much money to get a faulty handset only for the harassment of going to the service center repeatedly and finally died just post the warranty period. Does a global brand like HTC have no quality stringency for its products or replacements?

                      my fist service at S.M.Automobile on 06/10/2013.At the time of first free
                      service they change the mobile of my car which is illegal according to tata
                      service manual. On 18/06/2014 I gone B.D.Motors/Asansol for my 2nd service
                      which is within 365 days.My car has some problem in head light and others. That time i know that my car is not in my
                      name in tata's record and as well as it is sold on 22/12/2012 which is 8 months
                      old from my buy date. So B.D.Motors unable to change my defective Head
                      light which is under warranty and my 2nd free service coupon also invalid because
                      it is lapsed according to sold date(22/12/2012).It is totally cheating with me
                      by S.M.Motors/Rupnarayanpur.my Car Reg No: WB38AC0227 Dt:[protected].I want a
                      new Car with proper paper & warranty in my name. My complain No to tata is

                        I won a competition for tickets to the Zee Tv Comedy Night show in Durban South Africa for the 7 june 2014 Saturday. I received a call from a lady named Natasha saying that i won the competition 2 tickets she took my name and I.D number and said she will email me information that was last week friday She hasnt got back to me as yet. I been calling her and she says she email me but doesnt and the show is this Saturday. I am really disappointed because i was really excited to win. I am a big fan of zee Tv and its shows.                                 Dear Sir At the outset a brief profile about me: I Mrs Shikha Kapoor runs an Investment Advisory firm in Chandigarh, empanelled with KARVY STOCK BROKING as a Sub broker, which deals in all kind investment products ranging from Bonds, NCD, FD, Mutual Fund, Equity Etc. The current mail is drafted in follow up post my conversation with you regarding the delay in FD payments by Unitech LTD. The delay is being considerable as FD matured on Feb are still being not released by the group in spite of commitments, reminders & repeated calls as per the trail mail. I had invested some of my clients money in the Fixed deposit offered by this group for a period of 1 yr. Now the cases have already been matured since February 2014. But, till date there is no clarity as to when shall the clients would get the payment back . They keep offering new dates with new excuses every time ; the time line crosses the stipulated date. Inspite of my regular follow-ups on mail with their Gurgaon staff, I am not able to get the maturity payments.                                   I have been watching this serial regularly and I am getting more upset with some of the contents. Like today May 17th, 2014 episode, one of the characters said "agar meine us buddh ka sar katkar nahi latkaya ..." these were very harsh words for me as a Buddhist. Why are these kind of words being used against such a great individual. Why is zee tv not censoring these kind of contents? I am very upset and I am sure I am not the only one. Please be wise when you broadcast and be sensible to your viewers' feelings.

                                    In A recent episode of Pavitar Rishta, there is a character Soham is walking down the road with food and comes across a girl who is begging. She is being forced to beg by her father. The character playing her father is wearing an enormous Khanda, a pure symbol of Sikhism, around his neck. WHY is this character wearing such a huge, obviously visible symbol of the Sikh people. This character playing a disgusting human being is wearing a representation of Sikh people. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. What kind of message is this Zee TV show trying to send to people. It is not right to misrepresent a group of people like this. It is obvious through the abnormally large size of the Khanda pendant the man is wearing, that it was done intentionally so people can view it. It was unnecessary for the character to wear this necklace with a Khanda on it. Zee TV is a world wide viewed channel, and to make a mistake as to outright disrespect a large religious group is VERY WRONG. I noticed this blatantly obvious disrespect immediately and am really disappointed. THERE SHOULD NO BE MISREPRESENTATION OF ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE IN THIS MANOR.

                                    stop fear files horrible ads

                                    Please kindly stop the fear files horrible ads on zeetv . It's a family channel which kids also watch. Because of this they get afraid. It is harmful for their health also. So please stop broadcasting such ads

                                      The timing of Fear files advertisement is very ill-timed specifically as a daily program. Most of the family members including children watch program's like DID, movies etc... The advertisement of Fear Files popping up in between these shows is very annoying and not something kids should be watching at all. Please assist in allowing both the show as well as the advertisement being shown in television only after 10:30 PM in the night irrespective of any region the show is being shown.

                                        I had applied for new connection on 3rd aug. 2013 vide request no. [protected] but
                                        due to technical mistake by department but I suffer 40 days on 14.10.13 I
                                        deposited the demand note. from that day till today my connection was not release
                                        from department when I mail then department reply was that please you give us
                                        time for 180 days to install transformer, then I replied how I can live without
                                        light if your department was known that we cannot provide the new connection in
                                        this block why you did not publish in paper and why you accept new connection
                                        application at last moment you are telling me your department mistake then they
                                        replied that you can refund your money or can apply for temporary connection, I
                                        replied please tell me the difference in temporary connection and permanent
                                        connection your department give me connection from sky then department reply that
                                        we are sorry that due to technical problem we are unable to provide u
                                        connection. in the mean time one connection was released in other block in that
                                        block the problem was same but as I heard I mail them that today you provide one
                                        connection on 23.12.13 again the same reply.
                                        Sir, it is department headache but department harassing me; you are requested to
                                        please look in this matter. As I know today that the project to install the transformer in this
                                        Block has been cancelled & this project was already pending for the last 2 years.If tpddl get not space
                                        So my meter will not install.

                                        We understand your problem, however based on earlier provided technical reasons new permanent connection could not be processed. It is again recommended to apply for long term temporary connection as intimated to yourself dated 5.11.2013. Temporary Connection will be released after completion of mandatory commercial formalities.
