This is regarding Zee TVs show Fear Files. The serial claims that it is based on true stories, which doesnt seem to be the case. For example, the episode aired on september 28th, is cleary a copy of the hollywood movie "the conjuring". This is misguiding and misinforming the viewers, in order to raise TRPs, and should be stopped. The viewers are looking for genuine entertainment and not titillation through fakeness and untrue depiction of twisted facts. I strongly request the concerned authorities to remove the disclaimer that this serial is based on true stories. As they say, "dar ki 'sachhi' kahaaniyan..pls remove the word "sachhi' as it is very misguiding.

Hi, This is regarding to Buddha serial shown on ZeeTV from last 2 sunday. They are showing false and tempared history of India. There are many false things shown lilke .. Buddha's birth place shown as part of India but actually it is Nepal, second show as suryawanshi but actually he was Shakya. Dear sir/madam The series buddha telecasted on sundays is giving its viewers misinformation on buddhas life about how siddhartha was born by performing yajna which is performed for impotent male who cannot have child which is clearly stating tha suddhodana was impotent and buddha was born to brahmin priest . please dont mix brahminism in pure religion like buddhism and stop misguiding people about buddha and is religion and please dont show that he was 9th avatar of vishnu. please if you are not able to give correct informations stop the series.

This is in regards to the Hitler did episode aired on Oct 12th 2012. The episode hurt the religious sentiments of Hindus. How dare you guys show a Hindu girl offering Namaz and after completing the namaz saying "bahot maza aaya" . THIS IS BLASPHEMY. You guys are nothing but scoundrels and hell bent on degrading and nullifying the sanctity of Hinduism. There is a line where religious harmony and being open mindedness ends. I am all for secularism but this episode went too far with this idea. Why is that you guys always target Hindus? just because we don’t come and burn down your places doesn’t mean we are not religious or don’t take our religion seriously. You guys need to apologize to Hindus for hurting our sentiments. We are planning on filing a case against Zee TV for hurting our religious sentiments.

This is the worst serial i've ever seen... they show as if this is real... this is totally fake... they r doing all these just to earn money and it's going to affect kids and all the weak hearted people... people may start believing in all these fake things....

in this regard it is informed to u that my HD dish tv (set box hd) is not in working condition from last 3-4 months , which is installed on[protected], I am requested so many times to customer care senior executives via mobile and e-mail,but there is no action against the complaint of me.No body bothers/cares in ur company,today one technition has visited at my house ,checked and he says the HD setup box is dead and need to be changed. so it is requested pl solve my problem at the earliest and changed my set box urgently to avoid any conterversis. thanks wait 4 ur reply

I agree with this comment any time showing ad of that serial in any channel is not good, i have 2 kids who will watch tv some times suddenly this ad will come , and they will fear , and showing wih actors who is telling truth nobody it is just like fear for all people seeing the tv , like these show will stop everyone to stop watching tv this is not good because some shows are still there which we can watch with kids too ,

My complaint is agains Zee TV serial "Afsar Betia". This serial name insult me, as Afsar is Male Name.
And whenever i watch TV with family and friends, that time if any ad come regarding this new serial name Afsar BETIA, friends annoy me and saying bitia.
Please look into this issue/ problem, as This is a Male name not a female name.
Please lodge a complaint agains Zee TV new serial.

The game gold safe which is currently running on zee tv around 12 pm is a complete fraud and fake game. charges are disclosed but still a bigger fake is going on. the call they receive and the response given by the received callerl is unbelievable, even a child of 12 yrs can answer such silly questions but a person of such age is unable to do so.
the reason, the call they receive is also fake and fraud, they are employees of the game show.

They are cheating people.

PLZ take action ASAP.

This is to draw your attention to possible unfair trade practice.

HD Set Top Box (16 months old) of Dish tv suddenly became defective about 2 weeks back, while it was showing a updating message.

How can a set top become defective while updating automatically by itself ?

Zee dishtv distributor Samantar Sales, & Zee personnel in ahmedabad says the hd box cannot be repaired and it will have to be sent to Zee, who will replace it for Rs 1950 + tax, with a guaranaty of only 30 days..

Now The distributor says that due to a strike in Zee there are no set top boxes available and they will call when replacements arrive !!. Its been 2 weeks, The set top box has not replaced by ZEE, even on a chargeable basis !!!,

it seems to be case of deliberate sabotage by disgruntled employees .

How do we know that we are not the the unwitting consumers o[censored]nhealthy and unfair trade practice by Zee?
kindly help, by finding out how many such cases have been reported in past two weeks!!.

we have paid yearly fees and are not able to utilize their services.

Zee TV should extend service validity by the number of days of no service due to faulty set top box and their inability o t service it.

There is a loot going on in Zee Tv/Imagine TV in the show name called ‘’ goldsafe’’ by company called CELLCAST Interactive India Pvt. Ltd. They lure customer by putting easy puzzle on the show like recognize face of the celebrities and ask viewer to dial 5664464. I watched the show for atleast 1 hour on 26th nov’11 midnight show and dialed this no from my mobile no [protected] atleast 15-20 times with more than 3 calls with average waiting time of 13 minutes. The following things I observed during the show which substantiate the fakeness of this show:
1. When timer is not started: The anchors engaged the viewers and 95 % of the time they spend in talking and encouraging viewers to call. In an average 1-3 minutes they pick up maximum 1 call. That means out of 120 seconds they spend in talking they just receive 1 call for 2-5 seconds. ( Means either there was no caller during that time when they talk? I tried myself during that time but call was on wait)
2. When time started: Timer is set for 1 minutes i.e 60 seconds. No callers are picked up untill last 10-20 seconds. That means there was no caller in the first 40 seconds. ( I tried 15-20 times during that period but call was not picked up)
3. During the show time of 12 am to 1.35 am I dint see any single caller cracking the easiest face recognition puzzle ( in the given case it was Govinda and Salman Khan). All callers who got picked up giving wrong reply. Its really sounds like some conspiracy by CELLCAST Interactive India Pvt. Ltd which needs investigation u/s 420 of IPC.

My kind request you to look into the matter take punitive action against the company and get me recovery of my money lost.

Please take some action to control the live shows like 'GOLD SAFE' in ZEE TV, where citizen are being cheated by exploitation. It is seems to be a fake show. A channel like Zee TV will loose its credibility if they run 'C grade shows like this.

sir is programme me maine bhi phone lagaya tha aur 11 min. tak wait kiya par mera no. nahi aaya. aur me 120 rs kharch hogaye. sir ye logo khud ke aadmiya ka call lete hai aur galat jabab dilwate rahte hai. kyoki isme mahoor actro ka face rahta hai. isliye koi galat jawab de iska sawal hi nahi hota hai. isliye mai un sabhi callers ko kehna chahuga ki ye programme me call na kare. ye logo ko bewkuf banate hai. aur caller call kare apne rupee kharch na kare. isliye mera niwedan hai sir is programme ko band karwane ki kirpa kare.

a program named Gold safe is running on Zee tv on every night 12am, is completly cheating the indians. In this game we have to identify a half face of celebreties and have to win 50000.to join this game we have to call a special number 5664464 at Rs. 12 per minute. it remains maximum on hold bcoz infact, in studio, not any call attended till max 2 hours. in these two hours, they shows false calls to viewer. in the end of program they change the prize rs. as 10000 instead of 50000. and give a hint to identify the face. then they attend any one call within 2 mints and the last person wins and game completed.
please investigate on this game and take neccessory action..these company also Participated in this game: Aircel, Vodafone, Idea, Tata Indicom, Reliance, Airtel, MTS users, Uninor, Airtel Landline

ZEE TV OPEN CHEATING PROGRAMME...call 5664464 and get cheated.. There is a open robbery which we have allowed Zee tv to openly cheat the viewers. They ask simplest of the simple question on the tv and ask the viewers to identify and call their 5664464 number and win Rs 50000/- to Rs 1000000/- any viewers would get inerested by this and make call to this number. But after callng only we would get to know thta this call is getting charged with 12/- per minute, If you hold for 5 minutes the cost is 60/- clean shave.

This programme host request the viewers to hold on the call and do not disconnect since their call can get connected anytime. However despite thousands of viewrs calling at the same time, surprisingly they work out some trick and show as if they are waiting for our only call.. But they do not pick up any call.. If they receive call of one viewre in 5 minutes that itself is a big deal.

Assuming for all this 30 minutes, atleast 1 lac viewrs call (most of the youngsters who do not know the chrges, use their parents phone they are soft tagets here) and on an average one user holds the call for 3 minutes, it means 3 lac minutes multiplied by 12/- per minutes which is 36 lac.. Even if they give all the max prize of Rs. 10 lac (which they would never do since their programme is not transperant) they make almost 300% return on their investment.

Even in some state lotteries, if they collect over all 100 Rs., they end up giving 80/- as prize and close to 10/- towards commission and govt would get only 10%. While I do not encourage lotteries also, this gold safe tv game show is much much bigger scam.

They do not mention anything about the call charges, Only after calling we get an sms telling chargesare Rsl12/- per minute and the new users who call this nubme do not have any idea about this 12/- per minute.

I had called some months back during one such programme and lost some amount.. I thought of complaining that time but as most of consumers do, I thought somebody would fix it or the regulartory authorities would take care of this.. But today i was watching the programme and realised such programmes are still aired without any hesitation. I could not stop after just watching it. I knew my call would not gt connected but to create some proof i called at 00:18 hours of 5th Dec 2010 and i was charged with Rs12/-. Nobody's call they were accepting but my call was not received. All call would get routed to some IVR and they try to hold the caller as long as they can with mouth watering automated punch lines.

Please take this complaint and ensure you stop this programme from airing like this. They should be producing what is the number of such calls they received and what is the income they generated from thsi and they should refund that money to the callers. I want to claim even damages on behalf of all the innocent callers and give it to some recognised charitable institute or some old age group.

I am not sure whether this complaint is reaching the right department or not, but I have planned to write to all possible forums that I can check online and if I do not get any response, I shall try to write letters to concerned consumer forums and ensure we put a full stop to such cheating programmes.

I would also put in all possible social sites and paralally try to create awareness on this.

Request you to please take action.

spending 72 minutes of surfing after being robbed by Zee TV show i got to know about this fake programme & surprisingly i m not alone. I am an IDEA postpaid user and after calling this fake Zee Tv show, i got the IDEA that i have been charged @ 12 Rs per min and a total of 864 indian ruppes for 4320 seconds HOLD but my call not cannect on show.
I am confused about the party who cheated me.....although i have listed few....and need ur help…to sort
I m sure about where I bought this (Zee Tv ) but still finding the owner of the holy cow ,thus friends help me to chose who is the real culprit....and how to teach him or them(if all 3 above are involved) a lesson
