Zee Tv — Debit of monthly pack amount when autorenual is cancelled

I had monthly package of zee5 in which I cancelkef autorenual and added with yearly pack. They debited my 1month plan amount and given both Subscriptions. I sent a mail on 25th April 2021 regarding the issue till the date they are sending useless mail instead of refund.
They committed for a refund on 26th May 2021 by mail with a detail of refund afyer 5 to 7 business days. Since I never received my refund I mailed them again on 9th June 2021 now they are sending a mail stating that we had spoken to our concern team regarding refund.
I need my refund back. Such a worst experience with zee5 and There is no customer care number also.
