Zee Tv — I am complaining about subscription

Though I unsubscribed my zee5 subscription i am Getting ₹49 deleted from my account every month.pls remove my subscription n do not renew it here after . Also your customer care numbers are not working.pls provide proper customer care number.
Pls help me in resolving the issue so that companies like these cannot cheat the customers n customers can be confident of resolving their complaint and no getting cheated

I have recharged with Rs 198 all access plus gana subscription pack on zee5 with my sbi debit card but i am still not being able to watch the premium contentsi.e, movies and web series. Plz look into the matter asap. I am attaching the payment screenshot herewith.

From yesterday onwards i am not able to see zee telugu it's show need to activate but other channels are coming only zee telugu not able to see help me our sundirect dish customer care not respond to my complaint help me my mother is missing her favourite tv show on zee telugu please help

I am nisheeth gaur. my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.I tried to subscribe plan of 999 rs for 1 year two times.First i tried to subscribe with my HDFC account money deducted but subscription not active.Again i subscribed with my standard charted card again 999 rs deducted but not active.Kindly refund money.

I paid the subscription on 31st Dec 2019 but till date nothing has happened why please let me know where to write or send the payment transaction, I even got mail that subscription activated but I can't watch any thing .I can send the transaction detail and email what I received.
