Zee Tv — Paid subscription in the month of November but app not working

I had been following up with zee tv since November 3020 and this is January 2021 still they couldn’t find any solution of my problems. I requested them to pay back my subscription amount which they are not even ready to give. So many mail exchanges have happened but to gain. January my subscription is getting expired n they don’t bother to pay back or resolve my issue.

I never expected this kind of attitude from Zeetv n not even once we could even watch.

All evidences of mails are there with me.

Hope they give my refund back ...
