Zee Tv — subscription cancellation

This is to bring to your notice that i had subscribed to zee5 app on my apple phone.
After using the app for the first month i later decided to cancel the subscription but despite cancelling the zee5 app subscription, i observed that my amount is getting deducted automatically every month from my account.
Last night my amount got deducted again for the second time. I kindly request you to look into the issue and get it resolved at the earliest

Hai,
I have subscribed one year tamil recurring pack.but zee live tv is running properly its shown network error.but, our network is good we watched all other programs in that network.so solve the issue fast.we can't contact your customer care number.i don't know it is work or not.you make a fool the customers.
