Zee Tv — Unable to watch ZEE5 channel

I have recently renewed my yearly subscription for this channel on 18 November 2021. However, although I can now see this channel in my i phone, I can not access this channel in my smart Tv or my i Pad, where it is shown thatI have no subscription. Previously, I could watch this channel in all of my devices ( Tv, iPhone, iPad). As I understand my subscription (Premier subscription) entitles me to watch this channel in upto 5 devices. I would be grateful for an answer to my enquiry at the earliest.
