Zee Tv — unable to watch zee5 on my tv.

My ticket no is 574605.. Have paid the premium but unable to watch on tv. Im able to watch netflix on my tv but not zee5.. Even though i have paid the premium.. Please get in touch on [protected] or [protected] to resolve the issue.. I really look forward for a call from zee5 team and hope they resolve my issue and i'm able to watch all my favourite episodes as soon as possible..
