Zee Tv — zee 5 - paid for zee subscription but company denies any usership with them.

Horrible after sales support by zee5, i subscribed to their premium content and could not view their content. I provided them the invoice, and they told me i am not registered user with them. I provided them proof that i am a registered user (How can i not be registered when they are sending me emails to my personal email id. Yet after more than 48 hrs of raising the ticket #401701 there has been no resolution. As a frustrated ott consumer - resorting to this now - hope a consumers pleas are taken notice of by a renowned media house.
