I provided them proof that i am a registered user (How can i not be registered when they are sending me emails to my personal email id. Yet after more than 48 hrs of raising the ticket #401701 there has been no resolution. As a frustrated ott consumer - resorting to this now - hope a consumers pleas are taken notice of by a renowned media house.
