I have taken zee5 premium subscription worth rs 999 from my apple subscription on 17th of october 2019 but i am unable to watch any of the premium contents and zee5 app says i have no active subscription. I have raised complaint against them on their customer care mail id (Support.[protected]@zee5.com).
On that complaint they asked for invoice screenshot which i have shared twice. Still they said they haven’t received the document they asked from me and the closed the ticket.
The ticket number is 579192.
I have raised the same complaint on twitter also but there also i didn’t get any proper response other than only “we’re looking into it”.
Please help me resolve this issue. I am attaching all the required docs.
