I have activated the zee5 subscription the amount was deducted from the bank account but the subscription was not activated. After waiting long for the subscription to get activated when it did not go through i tried to find there customer service help desk number which is unavailable i tried to complaint from the app as well as from the website but the site is pathetic it reloads everytime i try to do or write anything on the site. On the app under transaction history they say
"verification of your last transaction is pending"
