Zee5 — Android App for Streaming

I choose plan of Rs. 99 and paid through credit card. I received notification of payment successful and money was deducted from my account. But still my subscription is not active and in app it shows no active plans in my subscription. There is no provision to to cancel the subscription as well and money is getting deducted monthly from my account. Basically paying for zero service. Please cancel my subscription and/or pay me refund.
