I have taken subscription for only 1 month in July and today I have cancelled my subscription too as the contents in ZEE5 were not good.
So I need my amount back to be refunded as there was no intimation from Zee5 that this payment is recurring and will happen everytime.
Also there was no prior intimation from ZEE5 about the payment deduction and subscription continuation on which ZEE5 should start working Was this information helpful? |
