I took a subscription on October 13, 2020 for six months through online paying through credit card in British Pound. When I open the website (https://www.zee5.com/global/myaccount/subscription) it took me directly and paid requisite amount. The subscription works for only one day, next day it stopped. I contacted them through email and they advised me that I have to subscribe from my local location (Kuwait) and this amount can't be refunded! When I try again, it take me to same website and asking payment in British Pound. I have contacted them repeatedly and getting different message, once they said you take one more subscription from your local area than only we will refund and sometimes they it can't be refunded at all its their company policy. I am sick and tired and feel humiliated, insulted and dejected. This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour should be strongly punished

i complain on mail and received reply as zee5 deactivated and unsubscribed auto-renewal but again this month November money debit from the account?
zee5 is spam and digital fraud and just file a complain .this cheap and fraud compnay must be banned \.
