Zee5 — Subscribed twice by mistake

Hi,

I have subscribed to zee5 using my mobile number during first week of January and subscribed using my email id again by mistake on Jan 29th. I want one of the subscription to be cancelled. I have already submitted a ticket# 2269739 on Jan 29th. But not received any reply so far.

Please expedite and resolve the issue at the earliest.
