Zee5 — subscription issue

I have made payment of rs 99 through phone pay on 14 apr 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given. I am not able to viewing anything..
I have also attached the screenshot of phone pay transaction...
I request you to either provide me subscription or refund my subscription charges which is deducted by my account...

Comments

Most of the time when I try to load the video it often says" something went wrong please try again later". Please try to overcome this issue since this happens all the time and causing inconvenience.
