Zee5 Subscription — not able to see premium content

Hi,
I have raised almost 4-5 complaints issue related to Zee5 premium content. from past 2 weeks i am not able to view any premium content on Zee5 app, even though i have taken subscription of this by paying 999/- year which is valid till Mar 2020.

Every time there Customer care team send me the mail and asking for same info which i have shared 4-5 times alongwith ticket but still issue persist.

please help in solving.
