Zee5 Subscription Complaints & Reviews

I had paid for zee5 6 months subscription, but now unable to see any premium content on my fire tv l. I mailed my complaint but no proper response. Please either refund or help me to use this.

I had paid 499 for this subscription. Though about a month it was working well now everyone it shows to subscribe and asking for payment. Earlier i always pay monthly....

I have raised almost 4-5 complaints issue related to Zee5 premium content. from past 2 weeks i am not able to view any premium content on Zee5 app, even though i have taken subscription of this by paying 999/- year which is valid till Mar 2020.

Every time there Customer care team send me the mail and asking for same info which i have shared 4-5 times alongwith ticket but still issue persist.
