Zee5 Subscription — paid for zee5 6 months unable to use

I had paid for zee5 6 months subscription, but now unable to see any premium content on my fire tv l. I mailed my complaint but no proper response. Please either refund or help me to use this.

I had paid 499 for this subscription. Though about a month it was working well now everyone it shows to subscribe and asking for payment. Earlier i always pay monthly.
