Zee5 — zee5

I had made the payment of zee5 annual subscription through iTunes on 18.2.19. My account still not showing any payment received despite having received the invoice from iTunes payment to zee5. There is no customer care no. of zee5. Made the complaint on emailed of zee5. But no response. Looks like that zee5 is a cheating in the name of entertainment. Hope people understand that. Plz help.
