It is totally a security breach that keeps ongoing.
Initially I brought 99\- of subscription for 30 days.
But Zee5 can't just renew my subscription for the next 30 days without any prior notice or without any secure payment transactions.
Just bcoz I gave debit card details while paying first-ever payment online, it doesn't mean that company should save those and use it for auto-renewal that too without any OTP generated for payment and without any authentication from the customer side.
This is totally cheap behavior and being such a big media entertainer, the channel should maintain some ethics on customer permissions and interests. Was this information helpful? |
