I ordered a fridge on 27 july 2020 to be delivered to my new address (Moving house). It was delivered too early, i asked for a delay but was not possible, so it arrived before i could check the product within the 3 days.
I plugged in the fridge and it sounded like it worked. The next morning it was clear that the fridge was blowing hot air not cold. I contacted gozefo immediately via the only option - email. The fridge was sold to be in 'excellent working order'.
I have continued to contact them since then, only receiving automatic emails or telling me that a technician will contact me. This did not happen.
I have emailed numerous times asking for collection of the fridge and a refund. No one answers my emails.
I have since had to buy a second fridge from amazon. This arrived on 12 august 2020. We moved the gozefo fridge to install the new fridge and a dead rat fell out of the back of the fridge - see image below.
I have since contacted gozefo again and again, but no one responds.

I also bought a wardrobe from them. It never turned up. The order has been cancelled, but no refund has been issued. Again, i have been emailing gozefo daily to ask for my money back.

I do not know how to move forward with this and have my money returned and the faulty fridge returned.

I have never come across such an appalling company. You cannot call them and they will not call you. Every email you send takes 48 hours to be responded to, if at all. And the response is unhelpful.

    I have purchased the product through the Gozefo app on "10 Aug 2020 12:05 AM" and made the online payment of "". Till today we have raised complaints on email, official Facebook page, and there are no customer care numbers.

    We haven't received any response from Gozefo. When we made the online payment we didn't receive any information on the order.

      I have raised an complain more than a month ago, it’s been taken by them for a repair and it’s more than month now it’s not been delivered back i am not getting any proper response like when the sofa will be delivered.

                This is a complaint regarding an order placed with gozefo.com (Order confirmation # 319844).

                I bought a wardrobe on the 30th of july, that was supposed to be delivered and installed by 5th august, 2020. While the parts were delivered pronto, there has been radio silence from the team up with regards to installation until yesterday, that too it was in response to an email i sent. The reply was also vague with no clarity on the issue whatsoever, simply stating that someone will get back to me. And nothing has happened so far. Is this the extent a customer has to go to, to get a wardrobe installed/assembled?

                It is all the more exhausting because gozefo doesn’t have a working customer care number; it’s like we are left at the mercy of the team to respond back as per their whims and fancies. And this has me quite worried. How are we supposed to reach the team?

                1. Email response happens between 48 - 72 hours or even later and it’s a generic, and vague someone will get back to us message.
                2. The whatsapp number provided on the website doesn’t work as well (See enclosed screenshot - messages are read but with no response)
                3. The social media team also responds in the same vague manner saying someone will get back to us.

                If i had known i would have to get this hassled for a basic things like installation of a wardrobe, i would not have made the purchase honestly. And going by their twitter feed this is a problem everyone is facing.

                At this point just getting across to the gozefo customer care is a nightmare. I am scared to even think about having to deal with these guys if i have to return the product and initiate a refund.

                    There is no responce from team abt replacement after long time someone has come for visit he cheakd and tell us wil replace the tv after that i was waiting the just give me promis after two days wil come 2 month happned same think now i received mail like ur expired failed

                    I had ordered for a sofa on 7th july. And i have never heard from them at all. At the time of ordering people were responding very quickly. Even calling back for queries. It was supposed to be delivered within 4 days as shown on the site. Later it was updated that it will be delivered within 10 working days. No reply what so ever from them till now. Not even for the mails.
                    I see many have the same complaints here. I will be going on every platform for this.

                      Hi team, i had purchased sofa set in zefo by quicker bazaar. I have sell the same sofa to zefo and they took that sofa from my home on 5 june 2020. But i haven't receive any refund yet. And even no proper response form them whenever i try to reach customer care number its saying to write mail then what is the use of that number. These people are doing fraud and treating consumers like dogs. Please some one help me here. That selling id is 894320.

                        I have ordered "sony srs-xb31 portable bluetooth speaker" (Order id is 315231) on www.Gozefo.com on dated 2-may-20, of inr 6, 999. I have tried reaching gozefo customer care and wrote multiple emails to followup for the delivery, but it is now loo long and delayed a lot. I am not getting my order delivered neither i am getting my refund back.

                          I have returned products worth ₹28000 on 15th of march to zefo. I have followed up with them regarding the refund via email [protected]@gozefo.com where they again asked for my bank account details though i shared the same thrice soon after returning the product. It has been more than 1.5 months and there is no update regarding the refund. Since last 10 days they have stopped replying to the emails as well. Kindly let me know the correct forum to raise complaint and take necessary action if required in order to get my money back. Thanks for the help.

                            Ordered a sofa. Till next 15dates no one contacted (No mail call or sms). The whatsapp number to connect to helpline is useless. They say they will call back in 2 hrs but they don’t even after 2 weeks. The helpline folks are arrogant, clueless about order tracking and confidently say “we don’t have further details and cannot promise a delivery date”. I was forced to cancel the order after finally i managed to talk to them over phone 10days after the scheduled delivery date that i was told over mail when i had placed order. To my question on reason for delay, they said manufacturer and logistics vendor is closed indefinitely. If that’s the case they should have the courtesy of letting the customer know proactively, right? Would recommend you to avoid this unprofessional company and rather go for more professional ones and buy new stuff with little extra money. I can only imagine how bad they will be with their service and delivery and installation processes.

                              Gozefo now cheating with costumers. Upon agreement and inspection, i had returned an appliance to zefo they send me two sell id one is (Sell id - 887559) another one is (Sell id - 890575). The item was picked up on 1st march, 2020. The pickup guy initiated payment and told the amount will reach by evening. Today is 9th march, and i am still mailing for refund. 1st the send one link to provide account details but after waiting 3 days i did not get any refund when i call them they said they are not able to open this link so mail to [protected]@gozefo.com and i did and now they are saying technical issue. Even they are not replying to my mail or call. I am very disappointed of this bad services. It is my request to do not buy form gozefo. It's a fraud company.

                                I have ordered for a i7 7th gen macbook pro laptop. I recieved i7 4th gen. The quikrr assured person has assured me via whatsapp/call saying it is i7 7th gen. Their ad still showing i7 7th gen.

                                  Upon agreement and inspection, i have sold a furniture to zefo (Pickup id -. The item was picked up on 29th jan, 2020. The pickup guy initiated payment and told the amount will reach by evening.

                                  Today is 5th feb, and i am still literally begging to initiate the payment. It is a clear case of cheating and fraudulent activity.

                                    I have got the washing machine on 19th dec 2019 morning. The machine's drum is tilted towards one end, seems it is misaligned.
                                    I have been raising to customer service since that day but the only response i receive is "the status is not yet updated, please reach out to customer care tomorrow".
                                    I have raised a complaint via email and have been calling from 4 days but there is no proper update from the customer service.

                                      I purchased a king size bed from zefo. The description was that it's unboxed and had minor defects. They also promised buyback. After 4 months i had to relocate and as i didn't want to carry it i planned to sell it back to them. The person who came to collect the bed rejected the claim stating it was damaged and they will discard it in scrap. Most of the damage was caused during installation and the person who was dismantling caused more dents. When asked what should i do, the person asked me to get it repaired on my own. They have terminated my account and i can't see any of the transaction details. I'm feeling cheated and can't help but bear the loss.
                                      Gozefo sucks.
                                      I request everyone to avoid buying from zefo.
