[Resolved] Zefo — Installation not completed + Horrible customer service
This is a complaint regarding an order placed with gozefo.com (Order confirmation # 319844).
I bought a wardrobe on the 30th of july, that was supposed to be delivered and installed by 5th august, 2020. While the parts were delivered pronto, there has been radio silence from the team up with regards to installation until yesterday, that too it was in response to an email i sent. The reply was also vague with no clarity on the issue whatsoever, simply stating that someone will get back to me. And nothing has happened so far. Is this the extent a customer has to go to, to get a wardrobe installed/assembled?
It is all the more exhausting because gozefo doesn’t have a working customer care number; it’s like we are left at the mercy of the team to respond back as per their whims and fancies. And this has me quite worried. How are we supposed to reach the team?
1. Email response happens between 48 - 72 hours or even later and it’s a generic, and vague someone will get back to us message.
2. The whatsapp number provided on the website doesn’t work as well (See enclosed screenshot - messages are read but with no response)
3. The social media team also responds in the same vague manner saying someone will get back to us.
If i had known i would have to get this hassled for a basic things like installation of a wardrobe, i would not have made the purchase honestly. And going by their twitter feed this is a problem everyone is facing.
At this point just getting across to the gozefo customer care is a nightmare. I am scared to even think about having to deal with these guys if i have to return the product and initiate a refund.

The company executives came and installed the wardrobe. Although the communication and customer service issue still exists.
Zefo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
