When ever i recharge my phone then it will be automatically deducted my balance. As per vodafone there are no vas active. And it will send sms to 53131. Please help me for the stop this service. My details are given below

JIND Haryana service centre.I have already lounge a complain in your service centre jind haryana at list two month before. There is no action taken till date.
There is no any response by your service centre.
