Zen Mobile — Mobile Issue

Dear Sir, I have lot of problem for ZEN MOBILE. I have purchased on 2nd February'2015 and that mobile has been in big problem while using. So, i have submitted that mobile to zen mobile service center on 20th March. Still they are taking too much time only but not yet take proper solution or immediate action. I have sent below mail for them: "If not possible to ready means, provide me that mobile with problem or without problem i can manage anyway. I need on or before Thursday [[protected]]. Handover ASAP." Now they did not any response for my mailing and calling. Kindly do the needful.
