[Resolved]  Zenith Birla — FD and interest amounts not paid since Feb 2013 maturity

I, Y. Geeta took an FD bearing no. 52185 for three years in Feb' 2010 with Zenith birla India Pvt. ltd. In Feb' 2013, I, sent my original receipt for redemption. till date neither the principal amount nor the interest has been paid to me. they are not responding on the phone as well.
