Zepwear-Store — beet q11 pro smart watch

Dear sir
I have ordered beet q11 pro smart watch on 5 dec 2019 reference id# 9596 order i'd 8663250 i have received order on 8 dec 2019 but when open i have shown it is shoyo wrist watch i have received, iti think it is new type of fraud they don't give online payment options oly cash on delivery, their delivery partner is flipkart. So please take stong action against company.

I have ordered Beet Q11 Smart Watch from Zepwear - Store online on 11th December, 2019.

on 16th December, 2019 they delivered completely wrong product and now there is no contact and customer care number they are not picking up at all,

What to do now? I spent Rs. 1200/- for this watch,
