I had ordered for a beet q11 pro smart watch seeing advertisement with product price of rs. 990/-. The product that was dispatched and i received was a local analog wrist watch which is not worth even rs. 300/-. I tried reaching the number in the bill ([protected]) which is switched off and no response. I sent email that was in the return policy the mail id you people had in it was [protected]@zepwear. Store where i received a failure message from google. i would kindly advise your company to provide me your exact contact information and arrange for product return from me. Please do act immediately.
