[Resolved]  Zerodha — account opening issues

I have registered 2 days ago for a trading account and I've submitted every respected document they asked for but i don't know why but the IPV got rejected and they're asking to redo it but I'm not able to see any email or any link to redo it.
If they're not able to solve my issue they should refund my money which I paid for registeration.

I've already created a ticket but there is no reply from their side.

I am not able to contact to customer care.. and I have a balance of Rs. 12356.. but to withdraw from my account due to unexpected error..

Our customer care was not operational on Monday(April 29, 2019), as it was a market holiday. If you are still facing the issue, please create a ticket on support.zerodha.com
Hello sir,
I have submitted the application form and made the payment of inr 300. After that it says your application has been rejected due to invalid banker proof though i have given the valid bank statement.
And i have also send the poa documents to zerodha office bengaluru.
Neither i got any email regarding application rejection nor i am getting my refund
Please help me out to continue my application process further or else refund my money back
