[Resolved]  Zerodha — Short selling cheating second time

, I recently short sold IOLCP at 2.45 pm I was not able to buy it back nor convert half the position. Later when I called customer care he was so rude and couldn't explain the situation properly. After many research I got to know it was a short delivery. I as an investor was not aware of such terminology later was shocked to see my investment amount of approx 4.30 lakh disappeared and shows a loss of 1.09 lakh. This is situation is unfair as It was not intentional not to buy back my share. The same situation has happened in earlier month for shardha Corp my amount was removed from my account without any details. Will not accept this situation in IOLCP. THIS IS my hard earned money. Request you to please look into the situation and let me know where do I excalate this issue. Awaiting your response. Thanks Naushad
