Zerodha — account opening not done and no response from their end

I have still not received the login i'd and password since 10 days after doing the online process 3 times in total.
I am getting different opinions on my account opening process from different people within zerodha.
The sales executive assigned does not pick up calls or respond to messages also anytime. There was a ticket raised from your end for a call back but there was no call back received or message from his end. He does not know the process how it goes for account opening at zerodha. His senior akshay promised me i will get the login credentials by evening but that evening has still not come
I also asked call back from the manager level but still not received.
Account opening charges were taken from me on the first day itself.
This is pathetic service given to me at the start of it all and if i am going this type of service i wish to discontinue at this moment itself. I am investing some money with you and if this is the service i am not interested in your company.

Can you please provide your registered email ID or Contact number, or your Client ID which you may have received from Zerodha, so that we may track your query?
